About

Experienced Mental Health Professional

I am a registered social worker and psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. My therapeutic approach focuses on creating a safe and compassionate space where authentic connection and deep healing can take place. I use a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to each person’s unique needs. One approach that I find especially powerful is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which helps clients tap into their own natural healing capacity to process and release trauma in a way that feels empowering.

But beyond my credentials, I am a fellow human being who understands that life’s journey is rarely straightforward. As an avid traveler, I’ve had the privilege of exploring diverse cultures, each one broadening my perspective on what it means to heal and grow. My journey, however, extends beyond the places I’ve visited. I’ve spent years on the front lines, working closely with those who have experienced deep trauma. I’ve witnessed firsthand the toll it takes, and I’ve climbed my own mountains, facing the challenges that come with working in such intense environments.

I believe we all have our own mountains to climb, and sometimes we need a guide to help us navigate the terrain. If you’re ready to explore your path to healing and growth, I’m here to support you.
