Complex Trauma & PTSD

Youth & Family Support

Referral Process
- Referral submitted (e-mail or secure form)
- Patient contacted within 2 business day

- Brief progress summaries
- Coordination around return-to-work

- Active psychosis
- Acute suicide risk requiring immediate stabilization
- Primary psychiatric assessment
