  • Trauma-informed youth therapy
  • Anxiety and stress-related concerns
  • Adjustment to life transitions
  • Family-informed approach when appropriate
  • EMDR (when clinically indicated)

Referral Process

  • Referral submitted (e-mail or secure form)
  • Patient contacted within 2 business day
  • Intake scheduled within 1 weeks
  • Updates available with written consent

Collaboration With Providers

  • With written client consent, we can provide:
    • Confirmation of engagement
    • Brief progress summaries
    • Coordination around return-to-work

Not Appropriate For

  • Active psychosis
  • Acute suicide risk requiring immediate stabilization
  • Primary psychiatric assessment
